How Your Perfect Picnic works

DATE & TIME

Let us know the date & time of your special occasion.

 

CHOOSE YOUR PICNIC

Let us know the number of guests & choose your preferred colour scheme.

Bespoke colour schemes are available so if you have something special in mind let us know. This may incur additional costs.

CATERING

Let us know if you would like catering provided or if you’ll be self catered. Our catering options include antipasto platters, sandwich platters, fruit platters & sweet treat platters. Please enquire for prices.

Drinking water is provided but all other beverages must be supplied yourself.

LOCATION

Choose your preferred location. We ask you to provide three options.

1 - Favourite spot if the weather is perfect! For example Moke Lake, Lake Hayes, Kelvin Heights Bay etc. 

2 - Second outdoor location with more wind shelter. For example, your garden.

3 - Indoor location for those rainy days. We will still go the extra mile to make this as beautiful as possible.

All locations must be accessible by car.

EXTRAS

Check out our extras to make your picnic extra special.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

We will send you an invoice for 20% of the total cost. Once this is paid your booking is confirmed!

FINAL ITINERARY

One week before your big event we’ll be in contact to confirm the itinerary & check the weather.

YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION 

We’ll arrive early to set up the picnic & send you a confirmation text when it’s complete. You’ll then have 3 hours to relax & enjoy your special occasion! We’ll be back at the allocated time to pack everything down.

Extra time is available at $25 per hour & must be pre-arranged.

Travel

Queenstown/Frankton area : no travel fee.

Outskirts of Queenstown (for example Moke Lake) : $50

Wanaka, Glenorchy, Cromwell :  $150

Please enquire about locations further afield.

Booking amendments

All amendments to the booking, including number of guests, dietary requirements and location, must be made no later than 1 week before your event.

Cancellation policy

All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit for booking confirmation. 

If your booking is cancelled 1 month before your event the booking will be refunded in full. 

After 1 month, the 20% deposit is non refundable. 

If you choose to postpone your event rather than cancel it , the 20% deposit will be carried over to your new booking.

If your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event you will be invoiced in full.
